Lone Star College has intentionally focused on the organizational culture for over eight years through the leadership of Organizational Development and with the collaboration of representatives from each college location.
Through these efforts, Lone Star College has received numerous accolades including being named to the Great Colleges to Work For® for all eight years as well as being named as one of the top 100 Best Employers by State and one of the 25 Best Large Workplaces in Texas.
LSCFocus is a leader-led process designed to create a culture where everyone plays a role in achieving Lone Star College’s organizational goals.
