Lone Star College Foundation’s mission of changing lives through student scholarships and quality educational programs at Lone Star College System is not just a statement; it’s our living and breathing commitment to increasing student success and building stronger communities.

What does that mean? LSC Foundation has two main priorities: reducing financial barriers as much as possible and equipping academic and workforce programs with the latest industry-standard equipment. Last year, we raised nearly $6 million and provided more than $3 million in scholarships to 2,566 students and $3.3 million in program and emergency support to the college system.

In the last three decades, we’ve built and maintained relationships with internal and external stakeholders, like you, who have a vested interest in ensuring the next generation has access to a quality education and topnotch training opportunities. Additionally, we host two major fundraisers each year: the Drive for Scholarships Golf Tournament and StarGala, which combined raised more than $705,000.

What was the impact? The following stories will show you how our incredible donors have helped LSCS students through mini grants, meal vouchers, scholarships, planned giving, endowments and much more.

As LSC Foundation heads into its 35th year, we are proud to be the nonprofit arm of the Lone Star College System, meeting students where they are and getting them to the next level. We invite you to join us on this incredible journey.
