Tomball Regional Health Foundation (TRHF) awarded $2.4 million to Lone Star College Foundation in support of LSC-Tomball students. The funds purchased equipment for two new programs, Medical Lab Technician and Dental Assistant, which started in fall 2022, and covered scholarships, certification and licensure fees and meningitis vaccinations.
“We continue to appreciate the generous support shown to Lone Star College-Tomball by Tomball Regional Health Foundation,” said Lee Ann Nutt, Ed.D., LSC-Tomball President. “They continue to enable us to provide our students with the best opportunities and make our community a great place to live and work.”
TRHF also funded a $100,000 endowment in memory of Lynn LeBouef, past LSC Foundation Board Member and former TRHF CEO. LSC-Tomball students enrolled in the lifePATH® program can apply for this financial support.
